Pets are allowed for an additional $5.00 fee. There is area across the
motel to exercise your pets. A damage deposit is required and no pets may be left in rooms unattended. All pets must be registered.
Guest concealing and not paying for their pets will be charged $ 200.00 Your pet may not use the parking lot as a toilet.
We don't allow any of our guests to do that.You must restrain your pet with a leash, kennel, or your arms when moving
from car to room. Be just as cautious at all times that ypur door is open, even if it is only open a crack. Additionally,
Leadville has a leash law and you may receive an expensive ticket.You are responsible for any damages your pet causes.
Reservation Policy Most of the year there is a five day cancellation policy.
At certain high demand times(from June to September) there will be a 30 day cancellation and minimum stay requirements.
Cancellations received less than 5 days(from Octomber to May) and 30 days (from June to end of September) before reservation
, are subject to a One Night charge. Any reservation will be charge in 14 days before check-in date in full amount (sumer
time only) and 3 days in the rest of the year. Please make the reservation responsible. If for any reason your
credit card is decline your reservation will be automaticly cancel.
Any other cancellation is $10.00 charge procesing
fee.
Smoking Policy :Our
motel is a non-smoking facility. There are smoking areas provided outside the rooms.
